Shipping

Milestone Parenting offers shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

The KC the Fox's line of products are personalized with the name of the child. As a result, each item is individually processed. We strive to produce each order within three days of receipt. Therefore, the following shipping times takes this special processing in account.

Standard Service	$6.95	$2.00	8-10 business days, excluding holidays
Expedited Service	$9.95	$2.00	Arrives 5 business days after order date

Returns

Because our products are customized, they can only be returned due to damage during shipment or due to an error on our part. In this event, please email customer.service@milestoneparenting.com with your account name, the order number and reason for the return. If there was an error on our part, please include in the Customer Service email the corrective action needed on our part. Customer Service will reply with a description of our corrective action and your return instructions.

Returns will not be processed for orders more than 30 days old.
